    Can I add single users as required?

    Yes. You are able to purchase additional user licenses and the costs are pro-rated in line with your subscription end date (so if you have 3 months remaining on your subscription, that’s all you pay for within the current term).

    Can I change plans at any time?

    During your subscription term you are able to purchase additional user licenses and/or upgrade your JCurve account to include additional features you may require. Associated costs are pro-rated in line with your subscription end date (so if you have 3 months remaining on your subscription, that’s all you pay for within the current term). At the end your subscription term, you have the opportunity to renew for another 12 months, and at this point if you need to reduce your number of licenses or make other changes to your account, you can do so.

    Can I customise any part of Jcurve after I sign up?

    Yes. JCurve is completely customizable. 

    Can I have multiple email logons?

    Should you have multiple companies, you can choose to either access these companies from the one single email logon or separate email logons as required.

    Can I lose my data in the cloud?

    No. Everything done in JCurve is in real time. So each time you login, your account data will be up to date. Your database is also backed up daily and can be restored should your data become compromised. Simply state the date and time of the last known reference point and the previous backup will be restored. JCurve provides a monthly uptime guarantee of 99.5%. Full details of this Service Level Agreement are available in your license agreement that you enter into at the time of purchase. This uptime is consistently exceeded.

    Can I still run my old software until I get everyone trained?

    Yes. You can run your old software in parallel for as long as you need to.

    Can I upload data from my old software?

    Yes. Data can be imported, and this is typically via .csv (Microsoft Excel) format. 

    What are partners?

    We work closely with 3rd party resources called partners, who specialise in the JCurve product and enable us to extend our reach in providing service and training requirements throughout Australia and New Zealand.
